Terms, Process and Payment Plans for Custom Cycles

Many people who want to get a custom motorcycle don’t realize that with Magic’s Custom Cycle it’s an affordable option. We offer affordable financing and payment options to get you the bike of your dreams.

The Bike Building Process

Next, you can send us an email (pictures help) of what you have in mind and together we can conceptualize your bike. If you have a motorcycle that you’d like to use as a project donor please include photos of what you have today. Having a budget in mind is also very important so please be prepared to share that number with us.

Each build is different and is individually estimated. On average, it can take 4 to 6 week for basic builds. More comprehensive builds can run as much as 18 months.  All Magic’s Custom bikes are safety inspected and documented for registration.

Payment Options

Each build is different. However in most cases, we require a minimum of 60% of the total build cost. Deposits are non refundable and are based on three categories: parts, paint and labor.

We also require the following: 

  • 100% of the estimated parts cost
  • 25% to 50% of the estimated paint cost
  • 10% to 50% of the estimated labor cost
  • 100% if we are buying a donor on your behalf you are responsible for the full cost in advance.

Returns

We no longer allow any returns or refunds on products. We are a small shop doing what we know how to do best and treat customers with the utmost of dignity and respect. Once the product is ordered, the product is yours. We understand special circumstances can come up and we will take this into account. If you would like to discuss something like this after the order is placed, please call us.

Exchanges

Magic’s Custom Cycle must be notified within 5 working days of the receipt of a shipment of any shortages or incorrect shipments. If you received the wrong item (different than was originally ordered), we will reimburse you for return shipping costs (standard shipping), and then ship you out the right product.

Exchanges are limited to current availability and it is best to check with Magic’s Custom Cycle first to make sure item is in stock. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
