Took my Harley in for a new tire and got quick professional service! Then, when my Harley broke down due to a preexisting problem that I had another shop look at (and not solve), I brought it back, and man, they worked their magic, got me back on 2 wheels! Will be returning for future needs!

Amazing staff! all super friendly, unlike a lot of shops around here. brought my Bike there without scheduling and having to wait 3 weeks to get it serviced. I will continue to use this shop without a doubt!

Friendly staff and quick service! They were able to mount new tires on my wheels on the same day. Nice not to lose a good day of riding while waiting :) They use beads for tire balance. Nice to have a local shop providing quality service and customer focus.

I just recently had 3 bikes brought into Magic's and each one had exceptional work done on them. I had a 2010 Rocker-C that had new bars, controls, intake, Bassani pipes and a fuel commander installed. On my 1992 HD super Glide Custom the fixed a rear brake issue and fabricated a new extended foot pedal for the rear brake. On my 1995 Suzuki Intruder VS1400 they replaced the rear rotor and pads and did a maintenance on. Every one of those were done professionally and were done as quickly as possible. I will always recommend anyone to go to this shop if they are in the area due to the friendly and expert service that is provided.

Brad Hall and Magic Custom Cycle went out of there way for me. My bike was broke down an hour away and Brad sent his guy to grab my bike, repair the problem and deliver it back after the repair. magic seems to be able to fix any problem on any bike with care and precision and do it in a timely manner. Don’t matter what kind of bike you have, Magic’s is the place you want working on your bike, so I presented then a challenge, I gave them my 84 Tecate 250 I bought in 84 and asked them to do some magic, and did they, pics speak for there expertise with any kind of bike. I stopped by recently with my '14 Breakout, hoping to get a tail light fixed and ask a few questions. I spoke with Brad, he greeted me outside and offered his time, expertise, and advice. I haven't had the best experiences with other shops, but Brad took the time to troubleshoot my bike with me when I randomly stopped in without an appointment. The people at Magic's Custom Cycle shop are amazing and definitely customer-oriented. I will go to Brad and the Magic's Custom Cycle shop for every single question or issue I have from now on. Great service, friendly staff, and extremely fair prices. They have a great shop here and do some amazing work. Had some new exhaust pipes and air intake put on my Softail and couldn't be more happy with the work done. Brad is running a great shop here!

Stopped in today to have my Fat Boy's oil changed. Same day service, great staff and very reasonably priced! Brad, you're right, gonna have to keep the Bad Boy Fat Boy! Thanks again for the customized service today. See ya in the Spring!

Great shop to take your motorcycle too! Work is done very fast and at an affordable price. They’re really good at letting you know what’s going on while your bike is there and making sure that it’s 100% good to go before it leaves. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their work. Great shop!

My dad's scooter tire got a flat. He is disabled and on a fixed income! The owner doesn’t do scooter tires; however, he went out of his way to fix my dad's tire, and he didn’t charge me a dime!! What’s kind man!! If you have any issues with your motorcycle, go here!! He did it right there on the spot!!! Thank you so much!! My dad is so happy he can walk his dog again!!

I was looking for a motorcycle jacket, and Brad Hall was extremely helpful and very nice. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for even though they didn't have it at the shop. He took the time to go through the catalogs with me. I had found a jacket that I loved, and we had placed an order for it. It arrived five days earlier than expected, which was awesome! To top it off, the size fits perfectly, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

All though they have moved to a new location farther from my residence they still have the same great service just in a bigger shop.

Thanks Brad Hall & Adam for your support & patients one on one training how to load/ unloading , properly strapping a motorcycle on a trailer. First time i ever had to use a motorcycle trailer in 8 years of riding🫣 lol!! . But we got it home an safely unloaded off the trailer Lol!  You guys got my streetglide back on the road again it felt good riding today i can't wait until you finish my roadglide. Brad made sure I understood & made the correct decision on repairs that needed to be done giving me options an opinion in different routes to go that I was comfortable and ok with moving forward . Thanks magic custom cycle staff.  I Highly recommended this shop good friendly environment and vibes they make you feel right at home truly. 👍🏽🙏🏾 I be back again the streetglide upgrades for music, handle bars , headlights & engine guards.

By far THE MOST HOSPITABLE shop out there. I was on an 8,200-mile mile road-trip on my way to a shop in Tacoma, and my chain was so bad I limped my way up north until I saw their shop. I pulled in, explained to Brad my predicament with no appointment, no heads up I was coming, and he understood the severity of the situation and decided then and there to try to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.

Not only that, but my chain was so bad he couldn't just take a link or two out but he didn't have that chain (120) in stock so he called around and drove to another shop to pick it up for me knowing that time while on the road was critical. His tech, Adam, helped out and made sure that the chain was tight and I was ready to go. Great shop, great guys, and would highly recommend them to ANYONE in the area (in for that matter, anyone all the way from Maryland)

They are very accommodating, even with the U-Haul side (with what they can control), but as a repair shop, I can't thank Brad, the owner, and his current staff (shout out to Adam) enough for all the great work they've done for me. As far as some other negative reviews, there has been staff changes over this time, but Brad had ALWAYS made right and also didn't charge me even for work at times I rightfully should have paid for....

Overall, if you're looking for an amazing shop with knowledgeable people who save you money where they can, don't make up false problems or empty promises, and basically treat you like family, Magic's is THE shop to go to. There is a reason I keep coming back all these years, and will continue to do so. I'm so thankful I found this shop, so go support a local reputable business, and CHECK OUT MAGIC'S CUSTOM CYCLE IN ROY!!

Awesome people, had a rear sprocket I couldn't get off with my impact and Adam helped me out spur of the moment. Very neighborly and friendly people. These guys also carry Amsoil products as well which is nice so I don't have to travel far!

Same day service, very helpful people, quality work for a great price. I had the fork seals on my Street Bob go out, and these guys worked me in the same day. Dropped my bike off by 10 am, and they had it done for me after I got off work that evening.

FINALLY got to try my seat after waiting 2 weeks for decent weather. Anyway, I just want to thank Brad for putting up with me AND getting the job done. I NO longer slide down on the passenger seat of my hubby's Heritage, no matter how many bumps we hit. It has helped alleviate the pain in my lower back and knees. THANK YOU, BRAD, for going above and beyond for me and my comfort!!! I LOVE it!

Brads the real deal over there, this place treats you like family. It’s the absolute only motorcycle shop in the state of WA that honors they’re work. All the other motorcycle shops treat you like a number and have horrible work ethic and it shows. No one takes pride in there work nowadays and this is one of the only places I know of where you can still see there passion and pride in they’re work. Hats off to the solid brand Magic’s custom cycle have over there, and look forward to future business with them

Never been there for any custom work but have been there for a few things I can't do in my garage. Service is great, price is Great! And I'd much rather take my business here and wait an extra day then spend 2x as much and deal with some people at other/bigger shops!

I can't say enough about the knowledge and skill these guys have. When it comes to custom mods, I would not go to or trust anyone else. I learned a lot from them while working on my project. Cost, timeline, communication, and follow-up are on point here at Magic's. Solid 5 stars...period!

Bought a helmet they had listed on marketplace for a great price and everyone was cool as hell if I lived closer this is where I would take my Harley to get worked on cool as place and people

Took my sporty in for some custom work multiple times! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled! Magics is the only shop to go to for custom work! I won't go anywhere else!
